Refund & Cancellation

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases from VIORA ELEVATE EVERY SPACE (Legal name: VIORA ELEVATE EVERY SPACE, GSTIN: 09ABBFV7955K1ZF).

1. Order cancellation

• You may request cancellation before the order is shipped by contacting us at +91 96433 77269 or hello@viorameerut.com with your order number.
• If the order has already been packed or handed to the courier, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, you may refuse delivery or raise a return request as per this policy.
• Custom / made-to-order / personalised items (if any) cannot be cancelled once production has started.

2. Returns

We want you to love your décor. You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product is unused, unused-looking, and in original packaging with all tags/labels
• You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
• The item is not a final-sale / clearance / personalised product (those are non-returnable unless damaged in transit)

Fragile décor pieces should be inspected on delivery. Please share unboxing photos/videos for damage claims within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Non-returnable items

• Personalised or custom-made products
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear after delivery
• Products returned without original packaging or accessories

4. Refund process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm approval by email/WhatsApp/phone.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval (bank/UPI timelines may vary).
• For Cash on Delivery orders (if enabled), refunds may be issued via UPI/bank transfer after we collect your payment details.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, damage in transit, or a defective product.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges depend on stock availability. Contact us with your order number and preferred replacement. Price differences, if any, will be charged or refunded accordingly.

• Order number
• Product name / SKU
• Reason for cancellation or return
• Photos/videos (for damage or wrong item)
